Delivery within Poland and select EU addresses
Standard delivery and assembly, included in every order, covers addresses within Poland. Deliveries to a limited number of neighbouring EU countries can be arranged on request, with assembly scheduled separately from the main delivery in those cases.
Where a delivery date is needed to align with a lease start or move-in date, mention this when ordering or during an advisor appointment so scheduling can be planned around it in advance.

Common questions from clients abroad
Can an appointment happen remotely?
Advisor sessions are primarily in person at the Rzeszów showroom, since scale and materials read differently on screen. A video call can be arranged as a preliminary step, with a follow-up in-person visit or a trusted representative attending on your behalf.
How does payment and VAT work?
All displayed prices include Polish VAT. Orders shipped to another EU country are invoiced according to applicable EU VAT rules for cross-border sales at the time of purchase.
Does the 30-day return policy still apply?
Yes. Returns within thirty days of delivery are collected free of charge from addresses within Poland. For deliveries outside Poland, return logistics are arranged case by case and communicated at the time of order.
What language is support available in?
The showroom team communicates in Polish and English. Email is generally the most reliable channel for clients in a different time zone.
