1. Scope of these terms
These terms apply to the purchase of furniture and related services, including delivery, assembly, in-store advisor appointments and returns, offered by Nuxego, operating from Grunwaldzka 38, Rzeszów, Poland, and via nuxego.info.
2. Orders and product information
Product descriptions, dimensions and prices displayed on this website are provided for informational purposes and are checked for accuracy prior to publication. Minor variations in wood grain, upholstery texture and colour may occur between individual pieces and photographs.
An order is confirmed once payment has been processed and a confirmation is sent by email. All prices displayed include applicable Polish VAT unless stated otherwise.
3. Delivery and assembly
Delivery and assembly to a single address within Poland is included in the price of every order. A delivery window is communicated by email once an order has been prepared for dispatch. Assembly is carried out on site by a two-person delivery team at the time of delivery.
Access requirements such as narrow staircases or lift restrictions should be communicated at the time of ordering so delivery can be planned accordingly.
4. Returns and cancellations
Consumers ordering online have the right to withdraw from a purchase within fourteen days without giving a reason, in accordance with the Polish Act on Consumer Rights (Ustawa o prawach konsumenta). Nuxego extends a further period beyond this statutory minimum: items may be returned within thirty days of delivery for a full refund, with return collection arranged free of charge from the delivery address.
Items should be returned in a condition consistent with reasonable inspection and use. Custom-finished or made-to-order pieces may be excluded from the standard return window, as indicated on the relevant product page before purchase.
5. Advisor appointments
In-store interior advisor appointments are offered free of charge and do not create any obligation to place an order. Appointment slots are confirmed by email or phone and may be rescheduled by contacting the showroom in advance.
6. Warranty and product care
Furniture sold by Nuxego is covered by the statutory warranty for defects (rękojmia) under the Polish Civil Code, applicable for two years from the date of delivery for consumer purchases. Care instructions are provided with each item to support its expected lifespan.
7. Limitation of liability
Nuxego is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from delayed delivery caused by circumstances outside reasonable control, including third-party logistics disruptions. This clause does not limit any statutory rights available to consumers under Polish law.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Poland. Disputes that cannot be resolved directly may be brought before the competent Polish courts or, where applicable, through an out-of-court consumer dispute resolution body.
