- This policy applies to nuxego.info and to the physical showroom's collection of contact and appointment data.
Legal basis for processing
- Processing personal data submitted via the contact form relies on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) and, where relevant, on steps taken at your request prior to a possible contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Appointment scheduling data is processed to arrange the requested advisor session, under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
- Analytics and preference cookies are processed only after your consent, in line with the Polish Telecommunications Law and GDPR.
- Legal and accounting records, where an order is placed, are retained under the obligations set by Polish tax law.
Categories of data collected
- Contact details you provide voluntarily: email address, optional name, and message content.
- Appointment details: preferred date, showroom location, and any room information you choose to share.
- Technical data collected automatically: IP address, browser type, and pages visited, where analytics cookies are accepted.
How data is used
- To respond to enquiries submitted through the contact form.
- To confirm and manage in-store advisor appointments.
- To understand aggregate website usage, only where analytics consent has been given.
- To comply with legal obligations relating to invoicing and consumer returns, where an order has been placed.
Data retention
- Contact form messages are retained for up to twelve months unless a longer period is required to resolve an enquiry.
- Order and invoicing records are retained for the period required under Polish tax and accounting law, currently five years from the end of the relevant tax year.
- Cookie consent preferences are stored for up to 180 days, after which consent is requested again.
