Legal basis for processing

• Processing personal data submitted via the contact form relies on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) and, where relevant, on steps taken at your request prior to a possible contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Appointment scheduling data is processed to arrange the requested advisor session, under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
• Analytics and preference cookies are processed only after your consent, in line with the Polish Telecommunications Law and GDPR.
• Legal and accounting records, where an order is placed, are retained under the obligations set by Polish tax law.

Categories of data collected

• Contact details you provide voluntarily: email address, optional name, and message content.
• Appointment details: preferred date, showroom location, and any room information you choose to share.
• Technical data collected automatically: IP address, browser type, and pages visited, where analytics cookies are accepted.

How data is used

• To respond to enquiries submitted through the contact form.
• To confirm and manage in-store advisor appointments.
• To understand aggregate website usage, only where analytics consent has been given.
• To comply with legal obligations relating to invoicing and consumer returns, where an order has been placed.

Data retention

• Contact form messages are retained for up to twelve months unless a longer period is required to resolve an enquiry.
• Order and invoicing records are retained for the period required under Polish tax and accounting law, currently five years from the end of the relevant tax year.
• Cookie consent preferences are stored for up to 180 days, after which consent is requested again.

• Delivery and assembly partners receive only the address and order details necessary to fulfil a specific order.
